Welcome to Diverse Art Photography located in Houston Texas, solely owed by Valerie and Kelly Roberts. We love photography, it is our passion and we take it seriously with a lot of fun thrown in!!! We specialize in wedding and rock band photography (yes, a weird combination, but it works for us!), However, we are experienced in many areas of photography including:
Family and Holiday
Engagement and Couples
Senior and Graduation
Special Events (Golf Tournaments, Car shows, Promotions, etc)
Commercial and Artistic
All sessions and contracts are covered using state of the art digital photography using the latest in Nikon technology. We will shoot with film media at the clients request.
A note on the importance of weddings and wedding photography:
To us, it is important to tell a story - the story of your memorable day, from the pre-ceremony prepping, the nervous little jitters, the laughing and smiling, the crying for joy, through the last dance and finishing with the drive off to the honeymoon. From an artistic standpoint we use a combination of photojournalism, traditional wedding photography, and multiple candids to capture the feelings and emotions of the day. During the consultation we ask you to give us your vision of how you want your wedding photographed. We feel that it's ultimately up to you, our client, to determine how you want your final wedding album to look. We have the knowledge and resources for you to get ideas if you are not sure. We are accommodating to any preference you may have. We usually take from 600 to 1000 photos of your wedding between both photographers. Thus we have a substantial pool of images from which we can choose the very best....
The same holds true for any of our clients...We have the skill and artistic apptitude to transform your ideas into art....
